Return & Replacement Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only in cases of product damage, leakage, breakage, or other manufacturing/fulfillment defects not caused by customer misuse or handling.
- Requests for return must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, along with unboxing video of the product clearly showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
- Products damaged due to incorrect storage or handling after delivery.
- Returns requested beyond the 3-day window.
Return Process
- Raise a request: Contact us at contact@myvelmira.com with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting images & videos.
- Verification: Our team will verify the claim within 2–3 business days.
- Return Approval & Pickup: If approved, we will arrange for product pickup at no additional cost.
- Replacement or Refund: A replacement will be shipped after inspection of the returned product. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is found to be tampered with, used, or not defective as claimed.
- Refunds will not be made for reasons of personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or results, as skincare outcomes vary from person to person.
